At first, I thought I'll enjoy drawing Disastrix more (I feel uneasy when drawing "holy" character lol), but then Indumati turns out to be more interesting!! I tried to fit your description about her. The moon staff is the most difficult part, given the info that it's a staff with crescent moon on top, the image of Sailor Moon's staff always crossed my mind looll... But I'm satisfied with how it turned out.

Indumati is dressed in a white and silver dress with a moon and star motif, and has long white hair in an innocent wave, and has stockings that are silver and white and striped, and white boots, and has a white moon necklace. She also has white, bat-like wings and bat's ears on top of her head. She carries with her the White Moon Staff, which has a white handle with silver stars on it, and has a white crescent moon on top. Indumati was born of a human and an arc, and her mother is the queen of the arc race. Sadly, her mother was forced to flee when an old enemy whom her mother repelled in the past, Lumina Night, an evil arc, who was later sentenced to death and later escaped and became the ruler of the Red Moon terrorist organization, had one of her henchmen, Illuminata the evil light-elf, transform into Indumati's mother and trick human beings living on the outskirts of the Faerie Real
